Description of Practice:
Mr. Montgomery has extensive experience in Real Estate Closings, Title Examination, and Real Estate Litigation. In addition, Mr. Montgomery has tried many Civil and Criminal Jury cases involving personal injury, physician, hospital and nursing home negligence, and serious felonies. Mr. Montgomery regularly defends clients charged with DWI/DUI, and has argued a number of cases before LA Appellate Courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court. Mr. Montgomery also regularly handles Louisiana Succession and Estate matters.
